We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and technically savvy professional to take on the role of Key Account & Technical Sales Lead. In this position, you will grow strategic client relationships and successfully scale our innovative GroundIQ® solution across Europe, with an initial focus on Germany.
In this high-impact and visible role, you will combine account management excellence with consultative technical sales. You will drive revenue growth, unlock new opportunities in infrastructure and energy markets, and position Fugro as the partner of choice for ground risk solutions.
Aufgaben
What you’ll do

Own, develop, and expand relationships with key strategic accounts
Identify and drive new business opportunities
Lead the adoption and scaling of GroundIQ® in priority markets
Develop and execute account and sales strategies aligned with regional growth targets
Build strong client partnerships and influence decision-makers across the entire asset lifecycle
Act as the key interface between clients and internal teams to deliver high-value solutions
Leverage market insights and your professional network to unlock new opportunities

Qualifikation
What you bring

Proven experience in key account management, business development, or technical sales
Strong commercial mindset combined with solid expertise in geophysics, geotechnics, or related engineering disciplines
Demonstrated success in developing opportunities within the infrastructure or energy sectors
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to scale innovative solutions in a competitive market
Fluency in both German and English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory
Experience and knowledge in the TSO (Transmission System Operator) environment are essential and non-negotiable
