Roar Media is seeking a proactive, creative, and highly organized Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of social media and content initiatives across a variety of client accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about social media, digital culture, and content creation and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of social platforms, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Agency experience is a plus, but candidates with internship or in-house social media experience are also encouraged to apply.This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in or near the MiamiâFort Lauderdale area and available for occasional in-person content shoots, meetings, and team collaboration as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport day-to-day management of client social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.Scheduling, posting, and tagging content to select social media profilesAssist with content creation, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing.Attend content capture shoots and perform content capture activities, including photography and videographyCoordinate content calendars and help ensure deadlines are met.Engage with online communities and support community management efforts.Compile performance reports and surface insights from social media analyticsHelp brainstorm creative social media ideas, content shoots, and campaign concepts.General support and collaboration with the social media team (director, strategists, and specialists)Qualifications1â2 years of social media experience, including internships, freelance work, agency, or in-house experience.
